All about Allium

In 3 Easy Steps

  1. My favourite flowers are purple allium,which are just coming into season in June.
  2. Tie five longish stems in a bunch the same height,making sure they're much taller than the vase they'r going into. Place in the vase - they'll lean,but just for the moment!
  3. Fill the space around the first bunch with short stems of allium,which have been cut so the flowers just sit on the edge of the vase. You've got a stunning two-tier arrangement!
